Bootcamp is a circuit based class that uses strength, power and cardio exercises all combined in one. This class is designed to keep your heart rate high while also working on different muscle groups. Bootcamp is a higher intensity class that can be modified to accommodate most fitness levels.

Gentle Yoga

Instructor: Anna

Gentle yoga is a gentler style of hatha yoga practice. It is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and usually includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation. A gentle class usually includes more warm up movements and the yoga postures are often held for longer times. Modifications are done to help people of all fitness levels enjoy the benefits of yoga without putting themselves at risk for injuries. There is a stronger emphasis on stretching, seated poses and low-impact movements in these classes.

Chiseled is a high-energy interval workout that involves heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations, sculpting and lengthening movements. In classes you wear weighted gloves to add extra resistance! 

A limited amount of gloves are available to borrow. Gloves also available for purchase.

Kick is a mix of cardio, strength and endurance in a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) format which can be modified for any fitness level.

Please bring your own boxing gloves.

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.


Using Ripstix (lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising), POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and  welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

STRONG Nation ®

Strong Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. Strong Nation™ instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.

This efficient and focused class helps you fit fitness into any schedule.

WERQ is a wildly addictive cardio dance class based on trending pop and hip-hop music.


WERQ is a pre-choreographed workout with new routines made available often. 


WERQ routines are built to learn while doing and following the instructor’s cues. The moves repeat many times, so that you get a chance to do them again and again without having to stop and break down any moves.


WERQ Instructors use a unique cueing method to direct you seamlessly into the next move.


WERQ is a rapid-fire class to get a high calorie burn, so expect to move a lot while following the instructor’s cues. Many people report that after the third class, they catch on more quickly and get an even better WERQout.

Zumba ®

Zumba is the class that started the dance-fitness revolution and changed the way we look at a “workout” forever. It’s fun, effective and best of all? Made for everyone!

Zumba combines Latin and international music with dance moves. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Barre Intensity ®

Instructor : Lauren

Barre Intensity® combines attributes of Pilates, dance and functional fitness training. We incorporate small and isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large-range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.

Strength and Toning

Instructor : Lauren

Designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength, this class will be presented with circuit training, cardio exercises, body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a full body workout. Intended to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercises. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe.

Body Sculpting

Strength training class incorporating weights, bands and body weight exercises to focus on core strength and functional movements.
