Werq®
WERQ® is a wildly addictive cardio dance class based on trending pop and hip-hop music pre-choreographed with new routines made available often.
WERQ® routines are built to be easily learned while doing and following the instructor’s cues (hence the Q!). The moves repeat many times, so you get a chance to do them again and again without having to stop and break down any moves.

WERQ is a rapid-fire class to get a high calorie burn, so expect to move a lot while following the instructor’s cues. Many people report that after the third class, they catch on more quickly and get an even better WERQout.
Jazzercize®
Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping, body-blasting fitness program that gets you results…fast. It's a high intensity dance party that fuses cardio, strength, Pilates, hip hop, yoga and kickboxing. Burn up to 800 calories per hour in any of our 60 minute classes.
Pound®
Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.
Using Ripstix (lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising), POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Zumba® + Chair
Zumba is the class that started the dance-fitness revolution and changed the way we look at a “workout” forever. It’s fun, effective and best of all? Made for everyone!

Zumba+Chair combines Latin and international music with dance moves and incorporates an additional core workout with the use of a chair.
A total workout combining all elements of fitness — cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility — and boosting energy with a serious dose of awesome!
Barre
Barre combines attributes of Pilates, dance and functional fitness training. We incorporate small and isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large-range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.
Barre Heat
Barre heat will take all the core fundamentals of Barre and crank up the heat! This is a low-impact class using lightweights and higher repetitions. We will also infuse it with flow to improve core stability, balance, and flexibility.
Body Sculpt
Strength training class incorporating weights, bands and body weight exercises to focus on core strength and functional movements.
Pilates, Core and More!
The focus in Pilates is on abdominal muscles, working the rest of the body in a fun and energizing group setting. Terri will guide you in Pilates to improve strength, flexibility, stamina and function, while working in your safe zone. Movement is primarily on the mat, using bands, balls or weights.
Barre Burn and
Barre Burn Heat
A low-impact, full-body exercise that combines ballet, yoga, and pilates encompassing small, precise movements with an emphasis on form, alignment, and core engagement. Barre burn can help improve balance, strength, flexibility, and stability, and burn calories through traditional barre movements.​​
Pump
Strength training circuit class incorporating weights, bands and body weight exercises to focus on core strength and functional movements.
Tone, Core, and More Heat
A core-centered total body workout focusing on functional exercises to build strength, definition and stability. Our heat room will help detox, burn calories and improve movement. Not only will it tone your body, it will build a better foundation to everyday workouts!
Ball and Bosu
The focus in Pilates is on abdominal muscles, working the rest of the body in a fun and energizing group setting. Terri will guide you in Pilates to improve strength, flexibility, stamina and function, while working in your safe zone. Movement is primarily on the mat, using bands, balls or weights.
Bootcamp
Bootcamp is a circuit based class designed to keep your heart rate high while also working on different muscle groups by combining strength, power and cardio exercises. Bootcamp is a higher intensity class that can be modified to accommodate most fitness levels.
Strength
Designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength, this class will be presented with circuit training, cardio exercises, body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a full body workout. Intended to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercises. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe.
Power
Conditioning
Join us in the Hot Room and condition your body to be more powerful in your daily activities and all of your workouts! The objectives of this class are injury prevention, improved posture, strength, stability, balance and control through resistance training and implementing mind-muscle connectivity cues.
Kick
Kick is a mix of cardio, strength and endurance in a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) format which can be modified for any fitness level.

Step & Squat
Get your cardio groove on with this fun beginner–intermediate Step class! Routines are broken down and repeated for an easy-to-follow cardio workout that will leave you smiling and feeling fine! We top it all off with a short and effective squat sesh before we cool it down.
Restoration
Yoga
Benefit from the cell-repairing qualities of the infrared heat in our Hot Room. This class begins with gentle loosening of tight tissues using a variety of modalities, including gentle movement and self massage techniques. Class transitions into a guided restorative yoga practice. Restorative Yoga is the "effortless yoga" and focuses on releasing tension and restoring tissues. It's the perfect practice to balance out the effects of intense workouts.
While not required, participants may bring their favorite foam roller, softball, LaCrosse ball, tennis ball, mobility stick , bolster, pillow, and or/blanket.
Gentle Morning Yoga Flow
Gentle yoga is a yoga that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

It is a slower-paced practice focusing on breath awareness, mindfulness, and gentle movements that help release tension, increase flexibility and improve balance. Gentle yoga is a great way to relax and rejuvenate the body, calm the mind, and nourish the soul.

It is an excellent practice for reducing stress and enhancing overall well-being. Release tension, improve flexibility, increase balance and coordination, enhance circulation, digestion and metabolism, reduce stress and enhance mindfulness.
Karate
Have fun challenging your physical and mental fitness in this group class featuring basic Karate fundamentals, effective self-defense techniques and practical applications.​

Strengthen and increase range of movement for daily life activities. Participants are guided through gentle exercises using hand-held weights, elastic bands with handles and a ball. Exercises are done to some of your favorite songs and designed to be done standing, seated or standing while using a chair for support.
