Intended to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercises. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe.
Strength training class incorporating weights, bands and body weight exercises to focus on core strength and functional movements.
Kick is a mix of cardio, strength and endurance in a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) format which can be modified for any fitness level.

Bootcamp is a circuit based class designed to keep your heart rate high while also working on different muscle groups by combining strength, power and cardio exercises. Bootcamp is a higher intensity class that can be modified to accommodate most fitness levels.
A gentle style of Hatha yoga practice performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions and usually includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation. This class features substantial warm up movements and yoga postures held for longer duration than other styles of Yoga classes. We modify to enable people of all fitness levels to enjoy the benefits of yoga with a lowered risk of injury.
