We offer a warm, welcoming, non-intimidating environment where it feels like family.
Training Floor
Our training center is by appointments only.
All sessions are private. Personal or small group training is held in our training area which is separate from group fitness area.
The training center entrance is located through the front of the building.
Group Fitness
We offer group fitness class ranging from cardio, to strength, to dance and everything in between!
Group fitness center is has it's own entrance, separated from our training center. Located off the parking lot in rear of the building, from West Geneva Street.
Community Outreach
We feel that it is important to stay connected with the community we serve! Through our community outreach efforts, we offer classes through Elkhorn Area High School's Community Connection and the Delavan Community Park. We also work with schools in the area such as Lakeland School, offering field trips that provide work experience for those of all abilities.
