Sign up now for one or both of these 90 minute sessions where our Certified Kettlebell Fundamentals Specialist will coach you in safely learning basic progressive kettlebell exercises. Kettlebell workouts offer dynamic and functional fitness training that helps us improve balance, coordination, as well as increase strength and mobility. Learn proper form and technique and get a full body workout.
